What happens when I change my website?
Re-crawl from your dashboard whenever you publish something — it takes a couple of minutes and the widget starts using the new pages immediately. On Pro we re-crawl on a schedule, so you never have to remember.
Can it invent an answer?
No. It answers only from the pages we read on your site, and links the page each answer came from. When the answer is not on your site it says so plainly and offers to put the visitor in touch with a human, rather than guessing.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU — our database is hosted in Paris. You set how long conversations are kept, deleting a conversation or every conversation is one click, and we never train a shared model on your content.
What if the bot cannot answer?
It hands over. On Pro it collects the visitor's name and email at that moment and emails you the full transcript, so a question you could not answer automatically still arrives as a lead instead of a lost visitor.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. Billing is managed from your dashboard through Stripe's own portal — change plan or cancel there, no email required, and there is no minimum term.
