Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vandio Chat, operated by Sitovai Agency (business ID / Y-tunnus 3638129-8, Finland). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@sitovaiagency.com.

1. The service

Vandio Chat crawls a website you control, builds a searchable index from it, and answers your visitors' questions from that index through an embeddable chat widget — capturing leads, escalations and booking requests along the way.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

3. Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and include a monthly conversation allowance and a limit on the number of bots.
• You can cancel any time; your plan stays active to the end of the paid period.
• Payments already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something is genuinely broken on our side, tell us and we will put it right.
• If you exceed your allowance we may pause replies until the next cycle or ask you to upgrade — we will not silently bill you more.

4. What you may point it at

You may only crawl and index a website you own or are authorised to use. You must not use Vandio Chat to:

• index content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• publish a bot that impersonates another business or a real person;
• index or invite visitors to submit special-category personal data (health, political views and similar) or payment card details;
• send unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages through the widget;
• attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or work around your plan limits.

We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully or in a way that endangers the service or other customers.

5. AI answers

Answers are generated automatically from your indexed content and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not advice, and you should not present them to your visitors as guaranteed. You are responsible for what your bot says to your visitors — review its answers, and keep the indexed content accurate. Where an answer matters (legal, medical, financial, or anything binding), make sure a human is in the loop.

6. Your data

Your indexed content, conversations and captured leads remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them to run the service. You can export or delete them at any time. Personal data handling — including our role as your processor for visitor conversations — is described in the Privacy Policy. If you need a written data processing agreement, ask us.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Vandio Chat depends on third parties — hosting, database and AI model providers — and their outages will affect it. We may carry out maintenance that briefly interrupts access.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Vandio Chat and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the agreement if you materially breach these terms, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service — refunding the unused part of any prepaid period.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and disputes belong to the Finnish courts, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise. See also our Privacy Policy.
